Situated on a rise with views over the family vineyard and Balcombe Creek Reserve, our studio style cottages have a queen sized bed in the main living area and a double bed in a separate bedroom. They are well equipped with all the essentials, and basic pantry is provided with initial breakfast provisions. A pleasant 3 km stroll along the estuary boardwalk into Mt Martha Village and beach, or in the opposite direction a 1.7 km walk to the historic Briars Homestead. Only a drive away will open up all the attractions of the Mornington Peninsula.
Enjoy some of the regions finest award winning wineries & restaurants, visit markets, play golf, ride the Eagle Gondola at Arthur's Seat, soak in the Peninsula Hot Springs, pick fresh Strawberries (in season) or challenge the kids in the mazes or tree surfing.
